When buying up to 10 hours (inclusive), a consultation lasting up to 60 minutes is rounded up to one hour.
When buying more than 10 hours, a consultation lasting up to 30 minutes is rounded up to half an hour.
For a volume of more than 10 hours -10%.
If the connection is interrupted, the Client may “renew” it without excess payment within the same or the next day.
If the specialist requires a “pause” during an on-line consultation in order to think about an answer to the problem, then the interrupted call from the consultant is renewed without supplementary payment, i.e. it is considered as a continuation of the first consultation.

If the followings are required: written answers (including the creation of documents) or the evaluation of documents sent by the Client, then the required time for the consultation is calculated after receiving the following: the list of questions (tasks) or documents, which require revision and is told to the Client BEFORE the beginning of the consultation.
